Some pointers:

1. Pls be punctual for next Thurs, 7th August presentation, try ro reach before 8am.
We will start punctual,late-comers I will decuct marks,sorry but try yr best ok.

2. Dress smart, ermm, means {for guys, long sleeve shirt, or short sleeve shirt or collared t-shirt
with pants,slacks,long pants, jeans ok..., no shorts and slippers, covered shoes)
oh for ladies, collared t-shirt and skirt or pants or jeans too with covered shoes, dress? :) }.

3. I will be setting up my notebook for yr pesentation,so leaders and team
please prepare your thumb drives, thanks.

4. We will goin this order for presentation (if there are nolate comers):

- Give Me Shoemakers
- Mattew Team

5. Leaders, pls send me a copy of the presentation
next Monday for review,so that I can make comments.

Dear Students

For next week we will have a practise on using the Adobe Photoshop software
to tryout based on the hand-out I passed to you all yesterday, Tues, 01-July-08.

Also please be reminded that this week workshop at W12 will be our last session.
The free access timefor W12 is as follows:

1. Every Wed,8am to 10am
2. Every Thurs, 1.00pm to 4.30pm
3. Every Friday, 8am to 10am.

Outcome of today's Discussion - on the F1 car making

Summary of today's briefing is as follows:

1. Everyone turned up except for the Mattew team's leader
2. Next Thurs,26-June-2008, we will start with the workshop for fabricating the F1 car body.
3. We will meet at W1218 at 8am then next week instead at T1201/A.
4. As we have only 2 hrs session I am expecting that by next week we should finish with the finishing for the body and the following week to paint and prepare for final completion.
5. Leader's have the responsibility to ensure that all the drawings are properly dimensioned and the parts making is in accordance to the drawing.
6. For a start we will stick to the dimension of the car body to be 165mm plus a few mm tolerance.
7. We will have a car chasis sample for fitting into our car body.
8. Please also bear in mind that when you start the workshop for the fabrication of the car chasis to stick to the 165mm (from the Chasis Plate to the back of the wheel) and 110mm plus a few mm for tolerance (from the center to center of the wheels).
8. Lastly all of us have the responsibility of making a small component of the car body )in which each leader will decide who is to do what)and let us ensure that we will make the best out of it.
